CHAZZ Gaming Set – GTA VI Game Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. The consumer game “Buy the CHAZZ Gaming Set and Win GTA VI” (hereinafter – the Game) is a campaign held in the Republic of Lithuania. The Game is organized by the manufacturer of the product featured in the Game, Bon Chance, UAB, company code 307201820, registered office: Bon Chance, UAB, J. Basanavičiaus g. 37B. email: labas@chazzchips.com (hereinafter – the Organizer).

1.2. The territory of the Game is the Republic of Lithuania. Purchases made in the Organizer’s online store at chazzchips.com with delivery to addresses in the Republic of Lithuania are eligible for the Game.

1.3. Only adults residing in the Republic of Lithuania who meet the conditions set out in these rules may participate in the Game (hereinafter – the Participant).

1.4. The Game begins on October 26, 2026, and ends on November 23, 2026 (inclusive) (hereinafter – the Game Period). Only purchases made during the Game Period are eligible for the Game.

1.5. The product featured in the Game is the CHAZZ Gaming Set (hereinafter – the Product).

1.6. There is no limit on the number of Products and orders eligible for the Game, but the Product must be purchased during the Game Period. Each eligible order containing at least one Product constitutes a separate entry in the draw. The more eligible orders the Participant makes, the greater their chances of winning.

2. Terms of Participation

2.1. No separate registration for the Game is required. To participate in the Game, the buyer must purchase at least one Product in the Organizer’s online store at chazzchips.com during the Game Period and confirm when placing the order that they have read and agree to these Game rules.

2.2. When placing the order, the buyer also agrees that the details provided at the time of purchase (name, surname, email address, phone number, order number) may be used to select the winner of the Game, contact them, and deliver the Prize. Without these confirmations, the buyer will not participate in the Game.

2.3. The Participant is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the details provided when placing the order.

2.4. Cancelled or unpaid orders are not eligible for the Game. If an order is cancelled after a winner has been selected, the Organizer reserves the right not to award the Prize and to select another winner.

2.5. Employees of Bon Chance, UAB, persons directly involved in organising this Game, and their family members may not participate in the Game.

2.6. The Organizer reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Game if it is determined that they have provided incorrect details, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate the Game system, or otherwise breached these rules.

3. Prize and Selection of the Winner

3.1. During the Game, 4 (four) Prizes will be awarded – one copy of GTA VI (Grand Theft Auto VI) for a PlayStation 5 console (on the European server, EU-CENTRAL) (hereinafter – the Prize). The value of one Prize is EUR 80.

3.2. Winners will be selected during four draws. The Game Period is divided into four weekly periods (hereinafter – the Draw Period), each corresponding to a separate draw:

a) 1st Draw Period – from October 26, 2026, to November 1, 2026 (inclusive); draw – November 2, 2026;

b) 2nd Draw Period – from November 2, 2026, to November 8, 2026 (inclusive); draw – November 9, 2026;

c) 3rd Draw Period – from November 9, 2026, to November 15, 2026 (inclusive); draw – November 16, 2026;

d) 4th Draw Period – from November 16, 2026, to November 22, 2026 (inclusive); draw – November 23, 2026.

3.3. During each draw, the Organizer will randomly select 1 (one) winner from the list of all eligible Participants (buyers) for that Draw Period. The list of Participants for each Draw Period will be compiled by the Organizer and will include all eligible orders placed during that Draw Period that contain the Product. The selection will be made randomly using a random number generator or another method ensuring random selection.

3.4. An order will only be eligible for the draw during which it was placed. Orders from previous Draw Periods (as well as orders that have already won) will not be eligible for subsequent draws.

3.5. Winners will be announced on the Organizer’s website at chazzchips.com. The announcement may include only the winner’s first name and the first letter of their surname.

3.6. The Organizer will contact the winner personally using the phone number and/or email address provided when placing the order.

3.7. The Organizer does not provide any additional warranty for the Prize. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer and/or seller. Once the Prize has been delivered, the winner assumes full responsibility for its proper use.

4. Delivery of the Prize

4.1. The Prize (activation code) will be delivered to the winner by email or another method agreed with the Organizer. The Organizer will only be able to send the Prize activation codes a few days before or on the day of the GTA VI release (scheduled for November 16–19, 2026), so a winner selected earlier will not receive the code immediately after the draw. If the codes are received later or the GTA VI release date changes, the Prize delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.

4.2. The Prize (GTA VI activation code) is intended for a PlayStation 5 console and is region-locked. Only the winner whose PlayStation Network (PSN) account is registered in the “Rest of EMEA and Asia” region will be able to activate the code and play the game. The code will not work on accounts registered in other regions (e.g., United Kingdom, North America, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, LATAM, Saudi Arabia and UAE, Rest of Asia).

4.3. The following countries are included in the “Rest of EMEA and Asia” region:

Europe: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Poland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, Hungary, Germany.

Asia: India, Israel, Turkey.

Africa: South Africa.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

4.4. The list of countries is based on the official list published by Rockstar Games; if this list changes, the updated Rockstar Games list will apply. The Republic of Lithuania is not among the countries listed in point 4.3, so only a winner who has a PSN account registered in one of the countries listed in point 4.3 will be able to activate the Prize code. The winner is responsible for ensuring that their PSN account country meets these requirements. The Organizer is not responsible if the Prize code does not work because the winner’s PSN account country does not meet the requirements.

4.5. The Prize activation code will only be valid from November 19, 2026. Until this date, the game cannot be activated or played, regardless of when the winner was selected or notified of their win.

4.6. Before delivering the Prize, the Organizer may ask the winner to confirm their identity and provide the order number.

4.7. The Organizer reserves the right not to award the Prize and to select another winner if:

a) the details provided by the winner do not match the details provided when placing the order;

b) the order does not meet the Game conditions;

c) the winner cannot confirm their identity.

4.8. If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner or if the winner does not provide the details required to deliver the Prize or take other necessary actions within 7 (seven) business days of being notified of their win, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

4.9. Delivery of the Prize may be confirmed by a Prize acceptance–delivery act or another document confirming delivery.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5.1. The personal data controller is Bon Chance, UAB, company code 307201820, registered office: J. Basanavičiaus g. 37B, LT-56134 Kaišiadorys, email: labas@chazzchips.com.

5.2. Participants’ personal data will be processed for the purposes of organising the Game, compiling the list of Participants, selecting the winner, contacting the winner, and delivering the Prize, in compliance with applicable personal data protection laws.

5.3. The legal basis for processing the data is the Participant’s consent, which they give when placing the order by indicating that they have read the Game rules and agree that their details may be used to select the winner. The Participant has the right to withdraw their consent at any time by emailing labas@chazzchips.com. Upon withdrawal of consent, the Participant will be removed from the Game, but this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5.4. Data processed for the purposes of the Game will be stored until December 31, 2026, unless applicable laws require a longer retention period.

5.5. The Participant has the right to access their processed personal data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict its processing, or exercise other rights provided by law by emailing labas@chazzchips.com. The Participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

5.6. Participants’ personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes unless the Participant separately and explicitly agrees to this.

6. Complaints

6.1. Complaints regarding the organisation and conduct of the Game may be submitted until December 10, 2026, by email to labas@chazzchips.com or by post to: Bon Chance, UAB, J. Basanavičiaus g. 37B, LT-56134 Kaišiadorys.

6.2. The Organizer will respond to a submitted complaint within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of receipt, unless laws provide a different time limit.

6.3. After the deadline set out in point 6.1, submitted complaints may not be considered, except in cases provided by law.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Prize cannot be exchanged for money, another Prize, or any other items.

7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete details provided by the Participant when placing the order, technical issues with the Participant’s device or internet connection, or other issues beyond the Organizer’s control.

7.3. These Game rules are published on the Organizer’s website at chazzchips.com. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement the Game rules if there is an objective reason to do so, announcing any changes on the website at chazzchips.com. Changes may not unreasonably worsen the position of persons already participating in the Game.

7.4. If circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it impossible or substantially difficult to conduct the Game, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the Game, announcing this on the website at chazzchips.com.

7.5. By participating in the Game, the Participant confirms that they have read these rules and agree to abide by them.
